Andrei Quint
Pianist and Founder
Andrei Quint was born in Southern Russia. He studied Jazz piano in the Rostov on Don High school of music. .
In 1991 as a winner of the Arrangers Award of WDR (West German Radio) he was invited to Cologne to take part in a series of projects with the WDR Big Band. After this he lived in Germany for 12 years, where he made a name for him self as a top session musician for studio and Live performances throughout Europe.
In 2002 Andrei moved to Palma de Mallorca where he is now based.
He worked in projects with Earth Wind & Fire, Cool & the Gang, Al Jarreau, Margot Werner,Randy Brecker, Brandford and Joe Zawinul amongst others and also wrote music for television shows and series.He now lives in Mallorca (Spain) and is working on his project „Syndicate

Charles was Born in Hollywood, Florida The 4th of 6 children to Religious Gospel singing Parents That made Singing a part of his life from birth. Through school to Church he perfected his art as much as possible until taking his first Live Band on the road. He came to Mallorca on a drifters tour over 25 years ago and since has made a name for himself with Soul Machine ,featuring on The Voice of Spain and playing the drifters show in Son Amar as well as many Clubs,bars and restaurants throughout the island!

Charly had a love of music from a young age,and after moving to mallorca she made her dream come true.Starting her career in The Plaza as part of a trio she then went on to a succsseful carrer in bars ,clubs and restaurants all over the island.
She recently was a guest in Saudi Arabia at the Coffee & Jazz event,performing for the Italian,French & Egyptian cobsulates!

Coming from Chicago Illinois Dee7 was raised in a musical family, Having shared the stage with artist such as Kenny G., Pleasure, Nu shooz, and Robert Cray to name a few. Dee7 now brings his creative blend of singing, scatting, rapping and beat boxing to the Syndicate band to help bring a sound like no other band.

PATTI BALLINAS, (Half Scottish and half Mexican) started to play drums at the age of 7 years. Together with her sisters Carol & Ivonne she played many concerts in SCOTLAND and the band "Angels' Delight"
Since moving to Mallorca she has worked with the likes of Soul Machine,The Motown Sisters and Is an Endorser for Yamaha Drums.
She has played all around the world with the likes of Will Lee,Dave Wekle,Chris Jagger,Victor Wooten and many more
